“I moved north in 2019 after spending 10 years working in property, events, finance, administration management and project management in Auckland. My Business Manager role is one that has grown with me, it sees me wearing many hats in one day – just the way I like it! I am enjoying the Northland way of life and raising my family here.”

With qualifications in Human Resources and Communications, Emma’s passion for people sees her supporting the team at Scope across many business functions and she enjoys working behind the scenes to make everyone’s day easier. Having worked in some of New Zealand’s most successful companies, she brings an experience of doing things efficiently and utilising what technology can offer.

Previously, Emma was responsible for the implementation of our new finance system, complete with overseeing the change management for our team. This enabled her to gain an insight into the project world and a better understanding for what her Scope peers do day to day.

Now Emma’s areas of focus include the marketing of Scope, our online presence, the training and upskilling of staff and HR processes and procedures. Emma works closely with our General Manager with the goal of enabling the team to work across a variety of projects successfully.
