As a former building compliance surveyor, Jason has extensive knowledge of commercial Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF) compliance. He has an extensive knowledge and experience in project administration and management.
Jason is an expert in-house advisor for all education administrative requirements with extensive knowledge of the Ministry of Education property requirements, and in particular the protocols and management of procurement processes. Jason has completed training to an advanced level for condition assessment and preparation of 10 Year Property Plans for schools. He has been a 10YPP consultant and planner for 6 years.
Jason manages contracts and project information and works alongside our Project Directors on all contractual aspects of the projects and on the financial drawdown.
Jason is the Asset manager for WDC largest asset the Te Matau a Pohe (TMaP) bascule bridge and the Kotuitui Bridge.
