Kate began her career in the dairy manufacturing industry, working through an IMC qualification and becoming a registered electrician in 2021. Over the course of her 3.5 year apprenticeship, Kate worked on automation, process engineering, and high voltage switching projects. Process projects were her favourite because of the challenges they undoubtedly presented each time. For Kate, it was always very rewarding experience to finish a project and watch it operate.

Kate joined the Team at Scope in 2021 as an Assistant Project Manager. Since joining, she has become certified in 10 Year Property Planning (10YPP) for the Ministry of Education and is working through certification in PRINCE2 and CAPM.

Kate supports a variety of projects, including commercial construction, school refurbishments and construction, and property due diligence. She believes strong relationships are the foundation for excellent communication that leads to project success.
