Marc is a highly astute, goal driven Project Management professional with over 11 years of industry experience. He started his career working for industry leading main contractors, gaining valuable practical and industry knowledge where he held various positions ranging from Site Engineer to Construction Project Manager on projects ranging from $20m to $250m.
Bringing these skills into client-side Project Management, has given him a well-rounded industry view allowing for effective management of both pre-construction and construction project phases. This has recently resulted in him being awarded excellence at the 2021 NZIOB Awards for his collaboration work on the Te Ora Hou Community Facility in Whangarei and seen the successful delivery of several key Northland projects. Marc develops strong lasting relationships with both clients and contractors built on high levels of trust and confidence, leading to improved delivery outcomes.
Marc’s experience straddles several sectors and client types. Marc is a confident and highly adaptive team leader who is equally comfortable working with community groups as he is with commercial developers. Marc has a strong financial acumen and contractual awareness which compliments his technical skills.
