“I am a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager, with a 15-year foundation in Northland. I have a love and passion for all things construction and community/infrastructure development. My experience across a diverse range of industries enables me to understand and appreciate the scale of impact our work has on the communities we work with, while continuing to learn the cultural values and establishments in each unique area of New Zealand.
Outside of my dedication to work, I am out in the countryside helping with the Farmers Relief Group or enjoying the busy beach life of Northland despite its unpredictable weather!”
Chloe Jack brings a strong background in operations, administration, contract performance and stakeholder management across the construction, housing and property sectors. Her experience includes around three years in social housing maintenance for Kāinga Ora, nine months on luxury residential builds in Perth, Western Australia, and two years in tourism covering communications, property and asset management, redevelopment and marketing. This is underpinned by three years in the primary and dairy industries, including farming, veterinary technology and SPCA work. Chloe has managed large portfolios, coordinated clients and contractors, driven process improvements, and delivered performance reporting and quality assurance initiatives. She is known for her proactive approach, her problem-solving ability and her focus on continuous improvement.
