Dylan is a senior project manager and board member who has worked in the construction industry for over 12 years as a Labourer, Surveyor, Plant Operator, Foreman, Supervisor, Project Engineer, Superintendent, Project/Site Manager, and Director.

Dylan has a passion in all aspects of projects and construction knowledge having been the client, the contractor, and the third-party project manager. This gives him the full comprehensive experience of all angles of construction, development, and project management.

Dylan has personally, under his own development company, completed over $50m in commercial real estate, founded and nurtured a contracting business that has completed over $100m in construction projects, and managed many others to the upmost satisfaction of his clients as senior project manager.

Bringing these skills and wide-ranging experience into client-side Project Management, has given him a well-rounded industry view allowing for effective management of both pre-construction and construction project phases.

Dylan’s exceptional people management skills means he develops strong lasting relationships with both clients and contractors built on high levels of trust and confidence, leading to improved delivery outcomes.
