Hugh has 40+ years’ experience providing site engineer, project management, and Engineer to the Contract (ETC) services to major public and private organisations. He has specific expertise in construction programming, contract management, budget and cost management, design management, health and safety implementation, quality assurance, and feasibility studies.
Notably, Hugh has significant experience in the planning and construction of new facilities within an existing operational environment. He appreciates that careful planning, recognition of operational complexities, and well-coordinated safety and security measures are critical to delivery of high-quality infrastructure within active environments.
