Project description
Established the scope of works and oversee the procurement and installation of a synthetic Turf for Kaiwaka School including handover and documentation.

“It's an exciting project that will provide an upgraded sports facility to the students and the whole community including modern adjustable Basket Ball hoops for all size of players.”

Installation of synthetic turf court size of: 33.3 m x 13.7 m (approx. 456 SQM). Including base patching of the existing concrete slab, installation of adequate drainage, retaining wall, landscaping and fencing to the hillside of the court.

Managed and monitored the overall project health and safety alongside the main contractor and the school.

Contract Management

Established and managed the contract between the client and main contractor.

Procurement and Installation

Managed the contract through procurement to construction completion.
