A 65 Ha property situated at Ruakaka Beach and created from a previous sand extraction site. The layout of the subdivision took advantage of a large area excavated to create a lake, which is now used for water sport. The sections within the subdivision are zoned for industrial, commercial and housing use and range from 1,000 to 5000 m².
