A new multi use tourism and housing complex.

The building holds 300 people when full in a mix of hotel, restaurant, apartment, and retail spaces. All in all a multi-use 10,560 m² complex, including 7 penthouses, 35 apartments, 28 hotel rooms and 11 retail spaces.
