Built in 2013, Te Matau ā Pohe, a unique, iconic bridge with a rolling bascule 265m fixed bridge span with 25m opening section. 1.2km of 2 lane carriageway, 2 double roundabouts and 1 single roundabout.
Value $32.2m. Construction period 18 months. Delivered by way of Early Contractor Involvement backed up by a Partnering Charter.
This bridge has won a number of international and national awards for excellence in design and construction.
Work closely with the client, consultants and main contractor throughout the entire project.
Establishing and managing the contract between the client and main contractor.
Created the maintenance plan for the bridge.
