Major redevelopment of an existing hotel.

This project was a major refurbishment of an existing hotel and large extension added. The renovations included adding four new blocks providing an additional 54 rooms and the  refurbishment of 60 rooms. It also included extensive new landscaping and ground works and ongoing assistance with maintenance issues.
