This project involved fitting out the refurbishment of an existing building to produce a state of the art healthcare center for the Kensington community. The project has tight time frames that the pandemic has not been kind to. However the project is on it’s way to completion and to serving the community in a much needed way.

Quantity Surveying
Cost estimate at concept design stage, detailed design phase and evaluation of variations plus monthly and final payment certificates.
Procurement
Engaged and managed contractors throughout the project (preparation of RFQ's, review submissions and evaluate tenders, appoint consultants, and prepare and facilitate the agreements between client and successful contractors and consultants.
Programme Management
Programme management and reporting throughout the project.
Design Management
Manage the design through stages to construction completion.
